WRONG SIZE, DOESN'T FIT?
If you ordered the wrong size, we will happily swap sizes for you.
The item must be returned in 'as new' condition as deemed by us, and return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the date the customer receives the package as recorded by the shipping/courier company.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to explain your situation, and we will confirm the process from there.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
If you believe your new purchase is faulty or damaged please email email@example.com as soon as possible to explain the problem.
The item must be returned in 'as new' condition as deemed by us, and return shipping is at the customer's expense until assessed by us.
Return of faulty/damaged goods must be made within 30 days of the date the customer receives the package as recorded by the shipping/courier company.
We will assess the item and if we deem it faulty or damaged, we will happily replace your item if it still remains in stock. If the item is out of stock we will offer a store credit or money refund as negotiated by Hypnopencil and customer. If we deem a returned item faulty/damaged we will refund the shipping cost incurred by the customer for returning the goods.
If the care instructions on the garment have not been adhered to, we will not provide replacement or refund of any kind.
The customer will remain responsible for return shipping costs for all returns (unless deemed faulty/damaged by us). All items must be return-shipped using a courier or service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
